The following are some menus to provide you with an snapshot of what we can provide for interesting, healthy tasty meals. Menus can be meat-based, vegetarian or vegan, or a combination of both, based on your preferences.

All menu choices are decided upon in an initial interview and tailored to your specific needs, likes and dislikes. Seasonings are adjusted to your tastes and needs. Special diets (such as the South Beach Diet™ are also available.  Contact me for more information.
